- Supporting Paragraph 1: This is the start of the main body of the essay where the writer discusses one idea among others that supports their thesis.
- Supporting Paragraph 2: Another idea is explained in the second paragraph.
- Conclusion: In the conclusion, the writer has the liberty to again mention the thesis statement to refresh the memory of the reader along with any future thoughts on the topic. (Robert, 2021)

However, the words should be related to the topic and must not be too complex for the reader’s understanding.
Punctuation and Grammar
Proper punctuation makes the words in a sentence clear to comprehend for the reader therefore, writers must be aware of all the grammar rules and should follow them while writing a paper. With correct punctuation and grammar, it becomes easier for the writers to impart their perceptions to the readers.
Know your audiences
Another vital area of writing is learning about the preferences and choices of the readers, i.e., the ones whom the paper is being written in the first place.
The writer must know what the reader wants to know and should include those particular details in the paper. (McGill, n.d.)
Take professional help
There should be no shame in asking for help especially when it comes to writing in English which can be cumbersome for some people who do not belong to the major English-speaking countries. Even for the native speakers it gets tough sometimes and they do minor mistakes, therefore, it is necessary to take the service and ask the professionals to proofread the draft and point out any mistakes or corrections.
Review
This is the last and the most crucial part of writing an essay. Whenever a writer is done with drafting, they should review the essay from top to bottom to figure out any accidental errors made.
